7. Security Measures
In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of processing as well as the different probability of occurrence and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk.
The measures include in particular:
- Encryption of data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Regular security updates
- Access restrictions
- Regular data backups
8. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
Data is only transferred to third parties within the framework of legal provisions. We only transfer data to third parties if this is necessary for contract fulfillment, you have consented, a legal obligation provides for this, or it corresponds to our legitimate interest.
External service providers are carefully selected and contractually obligated. All service providers who process personal data on our behalf are contractually obligated to comply with the GDPR.
9. Transfers to Third Countries
HubSpot (USA): For our CRM system, we use HubSpot. Data transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. HubSpot is Privacy Shield certified.
Google Analytics (USA): For web analytics, we use Google Analytics. Data transfer is based on standard contractual clauses. IP addresses are anonymized.

11. Hosting and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
Vercel/Next.js Hosting: Our online offering is hosted by Vercel. Provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The servers are located in the EU.
Processed data: IP address, browser information, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of request
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests)
Legitimate interests: Ensuring the functionality and security of our online offering
12. Contact
When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, email, telephone or via social media), the user's information is processed for handling the contact request and its processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Processed data: Name, email address, phone number, message content, company, time of inquiry
Purpose: Processing the contact request, customer service
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation/contract fulfillment)
Storage period: Deletion after completion of the request, unless legal retention obligations exist

We use HubSpot for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation and lead management.
